Returns and refunds

Before requesting a return, review the order information and contact the store through the Contact Us page with the order number and the reason for the request.

Returned products should be kept in the condition required by the applicable return rules. Eligibility, exclusions, return shipping responsibility, refund timing, and exchange availability depend on the order and the policy applicable to the transaction.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method when available after the returned product and request have been reviewed.
